WeRide's CEO Tony Han dismissed concerns about new robotaxi competitors including Tesla, arguing that entering the market requires at least 100 fully autonomous vehicles operating safely for six months and that the technology gap from Level 2 to Level 4 autonomy is insurmountable in the short term.
