Tesla Cybercab prototypes were spotted in New Zealand, possibly undergoing testing at the Southern Hemisphere Proving Ground near Queenstown. EPA filings reveal the autonomous two-seater will weigh 1412kg, feature wireless charging, and operate without a steering wheel or pedals.
