Tesla's Cybercab employee rides begin as NHTSA signals steering wheel rule change

Tesla confirmed that Cybercab vehicles without manual controls are now giving rides to employees in Texas, marking a significant milestone for the autonomous vehicle program. The company initially released a video showing employees using phones to control climate and entertainment features, then re-posted it with reduced content.
